Class packs can be used for any classes on our regular schedule. They are not redeemable for workshops, intensive days, courses, private lessons or other special events

Class packs are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. PAYG credits are valid for classes within 2 weeks of purchase

Any leftover classes at the end of the validity period cannot be rolled over, refunded or transferred

Class credits are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a booking more than 24h before class, your class credit will be automatically refunded to your account. If you cancel within 24h of your class, you will lose the credit for that session

If you are more than 5-mins late to class and miss the warm-up, you will not be able to join and you will lose your class credit for that session

Open Training credits only valid against Open Training sessions. Must have minimum of 3 months pole experience before joining Open Training.

Private lessons are organised and booked via email. Payment in advance is required to secure all bookings.

Private lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled class or do not attend, the class cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours in advance of the class, you will be able to reschedule your booking to a more convenient time.

Maximum 2 reschedules (3 agreed times/dates) before the booking fee is forfeited. In the event that the instructor reschedules, this will not contribute to the reschedule count of your private class.

4-pack bookings are valid for 30 days from purchase.

Your private class will run between the agreed-upon times. If you are late to your private class, your instructor cannot run over to make up lost time.
