Improvers Pole
So, you've got your head around the basics. You're ready to turn it up a notch. Let's go!
This class is perfect for those who are getting ready to, or just starting to go upside down. We'll develop strength and stamina by incorporating a range of pole-based and invert-focused strengthening exercises, as well as building longer combos using skills learnt at beginner level with trickier transitions and introducing new shapes. We will start to explore the wonderful world of going upside down, step by step.
Classes are 1 hour long and start with a thorough warm-up, followed by pole-based conditioning exercises. We'll cover a sequence of movements and shapes, blending beginners and intermediate tricks and spins. Classes will finish with a cool-down stretch.

Pole Strap
Want to feel like you can fly? This is the class for you!
Pole Strap is a combination of straps and spinny pole. Here, the pole is on spin mode with a hand-loop strap attached. The hand-loop allows extra space between you and the pole, making many pole tricks a LOT easier to pull off. Gracefully fly around the pole, pulling shapes you didn't know you could!
Level: Improver upwards. Before booking onto this class you should be happy on spin pole, holding moves and climbing. Must be working on inverts as a minimum. Combos will be modified to suit students' levels, from Improver to Advanced.
Sweat band/wrist protector advised!
Inter-vance Pole
(Intermediate-Advanced)
For those embracing the motto "Life is better upside down"!
This class means to spice things up. We will spend much more time inverted, building strength and coordination while upside down. We'll build on our foundational tricks, exploring spicier transitions and new grips, and introduce harder tricks including hands-only moves. We'll start dipping a toe into advanced techniques like using momentum and dynamic movements, both on the floor and up the pole. This class will fan the flames of your ever-growing pole obsession.
Classes are 1 hour, starting with a thorough warm-up and more advanced pole conditioning exercises. Classes will finish with a full cool down. Tricks and transitions will be adapted to students' specific levels and abilities. Alternatives, modifications and progressions will be offered where appropriate.
You should be confident in your invert, full bracket grip and leg hangs before joining this class.

Pole Flow/Choreo
The intersection where pole skills and dance meet.
In this class you'll learn a choreographed routine on the pole and the floor. The routines taught will range in styles from month to month so that you can dip your toe into varied styles; from contemporary flow to heels. The routine will change every 3 weeks, the first weekend of the month. Please don’t worry if you miss a week as we will always recap.
This class is Improver level and above. You should have a good understanding of basic spins and transitions.
Knee pads are highly advised for this class.

Advanced/Elite Pole
For those who have undisputably caught the pole bug. Those looking to fly. For those searching for the next way to challenge and push themselves.
This is the class for finding your pole superpower! We will explore the more unconventional & unexpected transitions and static rotations, develop our use of dynamics taking them higher up the pole, and introduce more advanced strength and flexibility tricks.
You should be confident in your Aerial Inverts, Reverse Grabs and Ayeshas, as well as all leg hang positions to join this class. Minimum 1 year poling experience.
Spinny Pole
Lose yourself to the spin.
Unlock your graceful side and learn how to master the enchanting art of spin pole. Flow seamlessly between beautiful shapes and holds to create mesmerising routines. This class is less about specific tricks, and much more about fluidity of movement. We'll cover the fundamentals of spin pole, teaching you how to control the spin and build up your tolerance - it can be a lot to get your head around at first! (We've all been there - It's a dizzy business!).
You should have at least 2 months of regular pole experience to get the most from this class. Classes are 1 hour, starting with a warm-up and conditioning, and finishing with a cool-down.

Stretch & Flex
Want to be able to split drop on demand? Or maybe you'd just like to touch your toes?
Working on your flexibility outside of your pole class can help unlock a new catalogue of tricks, both up the pole and on the floor. This class will aim to safely strengthen and increase both your active and passive range of motion using mobilisation exercises and various stretching techniques. This class will help you nail all those pole splits and back-bending shapes in your pole classes, and leave you feeling supple and limber.
All levels welcome.
